RESCHEDULING POLICY

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that things happen and you may need to reschedule. If you do need to reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 3 days notice. If you reschedule less than 3 days before your scheduled appointment, penalties will be applied to your deposit as follows: 

DEPOSIT PENALTIES (based on amount of notice given):

3+ Days Notice - NO PENALTIES

2 Days Notice - 25% PENALTY

1 Day Notice - 50% PENALTY

DAY OF - 100% PENALTY (FULL DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED)

In the event you need to reschedule your tattoo to a later date, you can reschedule 2 times, we will keep your deposit on file for 60 days; and we ask that you contact us within 60 days of your originally scheduled appointment to choose a new appointment date. Failure to do this will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. If you reschedule more than 2 times, your first deposit becomes forfeit; and a new deposit will be required in order to book your 3rd rescheduled appointment. It is the decision of the body art artist if they want to keep a client after multiple reschedules, or if they no longer wish to accommodate the client.

To book another tattoo appointment, a new consultation may be required, the hourly rate of the artist at that time may be enforced, and a new deposit will be required.
